Brandie Greene LMFT #4633-R
We all do the best we can with what we know and sometimes, life overwhelms us. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, sort through the pain, and discover new ways forward.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for helping adults heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct.
I believe healing happens in relationship, when we feel seen, supported, and safe enough to grow.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked in schools, re-entry programs, community mental health, and private practice. These experiences taught me not only how resilient people are, but how essential access to quality care is. Increasing access to therapy is personal for me.
I use evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches like DBT, CBT, and Attachment-Based
Therapy to help clients build insight, develop coping tools, and reconnect with their sense of
worth. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.
